Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), India’s leading real estate company with pan India presence having diversified portfolio has sent a truck full of clothes and other valuable household items to be distributed amongst the fold victims in Bihar in order to bring out Bihar from the grip of unprecedented natural disaster brought about by the Kosi floods.
Over 9,500 villages spread over 20 districts of northern Bihar have been swamped and many people have lost their lives due to this calamity. It is a terrible misery for almost three million people who have been displaced and rendered homeless. They have lost their livelihood.
All the items will be distributed among Bihar’s stranded villagers as an aid in facilitating the rescue and relief operation for the flood victims by Parsvnath Developers Limited.
“Bihar has been hit by the worst natural calamity ever and in this hour of national calamity, it is our responsibility as a corporate citizen to consider the interest of society and support the helpless people of Bihar”, said Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers Limited.
