If sending someone else to collect on their behalf, customers are requested to send an authorization letter in addition to all of the above. The person authorized also needs to carry her/his original photo identification along with a photocopy.

Speaking on the occasion of the launch, Mr. I.S. Bindra, President, PCA commented, “Our goal is to provide access to all cricket fans in and around Punjab and all across India to some world class cricket between India and Australia. To that end, we are facilitating a convenient process for people to purchase tickets and get access to all pertinent information regarding the facilities from the comfort of their home, office or nearby convenient store. Nearly 50% of the tickets for the match will be reserved for the two lowest-priced categories, so the youth of the city and state have the opportunity to witness cricket between two of the world’s greatest teams.”

Neetu Bhatia, Chairman and CEO of KyaZoonga and a former national cricketer herself, said, “Having just successfully completed ticketing for the inaugural DLF-IPL season in Mumbai and Delhi and continuing to bring ease of access to sports fans across the world for the Commonwealth Youth Games, we now hope to bring our world-class ticketing facilities to the people of Punjab. We are proud to be associated with PCA and will continue our endeavor to provide a seamless customer experience.”
