Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL), leading real estate and infrastructure provider performed ground breaking ceremony ofIT park today in Gurgaon. The company is already in possession of the land and will invest Rs. 135 crores in the construction of the IT Park.

Parsvnath Technica - Cyber Park strategically located at Main Gurgaon Sohna road in Gurgaon, Haryana and will have office space of 7 lac sq. ft. spread over two towers. The expected realization from the project is approximately Rs.350 – 370 crores and will be completed within three years from the commencement of construction.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Pradeep Jain, Chairman, Parsvnath Developers Limited, said, “The decisive mandate in the elections assures us that a stable government without any backward pull from allies will ensure a robust economy. To provide a stress free working environment, the IT Park also offers convention centres, recreation area, multi-cuisine restraunts and various food outlets.

The building will comprise of G+5 and G+11 storeys and will have approximately 75,000 sq. ft. contiguous floor plate. The project has been designed by M/s Rajinder Kumar & Associates, a renowned architectural firm.
