The under-14 Indian football team will leave for Tehran early Friday to take part in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Under-14 Festival to be held in the Iranian capital from May 18-23

Besides India and hosts Iran, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan and Nepal ar the other participating nations.

The squad:

Goalkeepers: Kamaljit Singh and Nitin Meel;

Defenders: Romesh Singh Pukhrambam, Kislay Singh Sajwan, Pradeepraj Thangaraj, Pawan Kumar, Khondram Satish Singh, Anuj Negi, Niladraja Jamatia, Zuber Ahmed and Shashank Rawat

Midfielders: Dhillipan Murugesan, Jhinkan Gaurav, Souvik Das, Brandon Fernandes, Shaikh Imtiaz Ali and Sachin Kumar Kohli,

Forwards: Umakanta Singh Kiyam, Jayabrata Dhar, Nirvail Singh, Mohammed Alamgir Ansary and Golmei Mariamdum
