Kings XI Punjab beat Delhi Daredevils

Kings XI Punjab defeated Delhi Dardevils by six runs through the Duckworth-Lewis method in their rain-truncated Indian Premier League (IPL) match here Saturday night.

Kings XI Punjab, chasing a revised target of 123 runs in 11 overs, were 94 for the loss of three wickets in eight overs when rain once again played spoilsport. Punjab was declared winner as they were ahead in Duckworth-Lewis charts.

Mahela Jayawerdena scored 36 off 17 balls while Luke Pomersbach scored 25 off 12 balls for Kings XI Punjab.
