Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians, with their victories in their respective Indian Premier League (IPL) ties Sunday, maintained their positions on the points tally.

Mumbai Indians scored their sixth win on trot beating Deccan Chargers by 25 runs. Earlier, Chennai Super Kings beat Kolkata Knight Riders by three runs through the Duckworth-Lewis method.
