The central government ministry or dept. responsible for sports development is obviously sleeping. It has become a storehouse of deadwood, right from top to bottom. The news of penurious Chinchu Jose being denied her well-deserved opportunity to stake her claim for World Junior Athletics Championship in Poland. THIS GOVT. DEPT. MUST BE TOTALLY OVERHAULED AND PUT UNDER A MINISTER WHO KNOWS HIS JOB.
