Indians in semis of World Junior Tennis Finals

The Indian tennis team has reached the semi-finals of the World Junior Tennis Finals, blanking sixth-seeded Britain 2-0 at TK Prostejov in Czech Republic Wednesday.

The Indian team consisting of Ram Kumar, Rohint Bisht and Digvijay Singh now top their group, defeating fourth-seeded Brazil 2-1 in their first encounter Sunday and Egypt 3-0 Tuesday.

The Indians will next be competing for the top four positions.
