It is a blunder mistake by the BCCI to announce a cash award to Abhinav Bindra, who is no way connected to Cricket. The BCCi may send a gretings to Abhinav Bindra. Instead of promoting their game for which still more funds are needed, it is unwanted on the part of BCCI, to announce cash award to Abhinav Bindra.
