Former India captain and now chairman of the Indian Cricket League (ICL) Kapil Dev Tuesday lashed out at Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for victimising its players and not paying their dues.
'Stopping their money is not right. I leave it to the discretion of the board. They should have been big hearted. The cricketers deserve their dues,' Kapil told reporters here.
Kapil indirectly charged BCCI vice-president and Indian Premier League (IPL) chairman Lalit Modi for having a vindictive attitude towards ICL players.
'They are trying to be vindictive towards us. Only one section of the board is trying to do that. Moreover it is just one person who is being vindictive towards us,' said Kapil
