Chasing a 299-run victory target, India were 130/3 at tea against Australia on the fifth and final day of the first cricket Test here Monday.

Sachin Tendulkar (47 batting) and V.V.S. Laxman (28 batting) were at the crease after the Australians made early inroads in the top Indian batting order.
