Indian cricketer and former team captain Rahul Dravid's wife Vijeta gave birth to a son in a hospital here Monday afternoon.

Dravid is presently in South Africa playing for the Bangalore Royal Challengers in the second edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). This is Dravid's second child.
