India 25/1 at lunch; trails by 352 runs

India were 25 for one in their second innings at lunch on day four of the first cricket Test against Sri Lanka at the Sinhalese Sports Club ground here Saturday. India trails by 352 runs after being asked to follow on.

Mutthiah Muralitharan picked the wicket of Virender Sehwag, who was found lbw after the decision was referred to the TV umpire, just before the lunch break.

Earlier, Sri Lanka asked India to follow on after bowling them out for 223 in their first innings.

Muttiah Muralitharan (5-84) and debutant Ajantha Mendis (4-72) plotted the downfall of famed Indian batting line-up.

Overnight batsmen V.V.S Laxman (56) reached his half-century and was the highest scorer for India.
